www.jagelf.com is owned, managed and updated by Jagelf Ltd. Any information collected by use through the website on our members and users will be stored on computers in the UK and may be used in the following ways:

5.1 Personal information supplied by you on the registration page is used to maintain your account and enables use to provide a better service.

5.2 Your contact information shall be used by jagelf to inform you of changes and events on the website and within the graduate recruitment market. Subject to your preferences made on the registration page Jagelf may share your contact information with other organisations within the graduate recruitment market. Your preferences can be amended by calling 020 8689 2808.

5.3 Survey information, which we may ask for your voluntary participation in from time to time, shall be shared with other third parties but no contact or personal information shall be disclosed.

5.5 Statistics are used by Jagelf to to help our advertisers and 3rd parties understand how they can better use the website and get information to our members better. When disclosing the statistical data on the website, no contact or person details of individual users will be disclosed.

5.6 Access to your Data, is a right given to you under the Data Protection Act, and you can request all of the information we hold about you. A small charge will be made to cover the administration of fulfilling your request.

5.7 Changes, to the privacy policy will be sent to you as part of our regular email bulletin and also displayed here.

6.1 Jagelf excludes all warranties, whether express or implied contained in or relating to this website. This includes but is not limited to, any implied or express warranty that the information contained within the site is accurate or up-to-date or is specifically suitable for any particular use. Jagelf shall not be responsible for any losses or damage, financially or otherwise as a result of the use of this website.

6.2 Any advice or assistance given, or taken by means of our forum or help function is solely at the users risk.

6.3 Your use of this website is subject to acknowledgement that Jagelf can not control the material posted by any third party, an can not accept any liability for any material which is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise incorrect.

6.4 You agree to indemnify and hold Jagelf, our employees, members and agents harmless from and against any claims actions and demands, without limitation reasonable legal fees arising from your use of this website or your breach of these terms and conditions of use.

7. Annual Prize

7.1 The annual prize shall be open to all those members of jagelf who have signed up to receive the newsletter.

7.2 The main prize of the 'Student Loan' will become active when the number of eligible members reaches 50,000. After 1,000 members the prize shall be a Ipod Mini. At 20,000 members the prize shall be a Cruise for 2. Other prizes are at the discretion of jagelf Ltd.

8. Forum rules

8.1 All jagelf members are permitted to register a username and post on the jagelf forums subject to the following conditions. No non-members are permitted to post.

8.2 You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use the jagelf forums to post any material which is knowingly false, and or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, racist, obscene, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or encourages conduct that
would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any local, state, national or international law or regulation. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and you acknowledge that your failure to do so may subject you to civil and criminal liability.

8.3 You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with the service or its associated software, hardware and/or servers in any way, and you agree not to impede or interfere with others' use of the service. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on or associated with the Service.

8.4 Spamming, advertising and promotion of services and goods is strictly forbidden unless written consent is obtained by a Moderator or
Administrator. Please note that advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on jagelf forums. If you
participate in a discussion, you are responsible for ensuring that any material you post to jagelf forums (text, images, or other multimedia
content) does not violate or infringe upon the copyright, patent, trademark or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party, and is posted with the permission of the owner of such rights.

8.5 Multiple user accounts are not permitted and all users must have afunctional email address in their account at all times.
